No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or unexpected events.
Inclement Weather: We are not responsible for adverse weather conditions, and tickets will not be refunded due to weather-related issues. However, you can rollover your tickets to another good weather day.
Inappropriate Behavior: Any guest found engaging in inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, vandalism, harassment, or non-compliance with house rules, will be immediately escorted off the premises without a refund.
Health and Safety: We prioritize the well-being of our guests and staff. In the event that you are unable to attend due to health concerns or restrictions (including but not limited to COVID-19), no refunds will be issued. Please ensure you review any health and safety guidelines before purchasing your ticket.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced or refunded in such cases.
Schedule Changes: While we make every effort to adhere to our scheduled operating hours, we reserve the right to modify the opening and closing times without notice. No refunds will be issued for changes in the schedule.
Age Restrictions: All ages are welcome. However, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be aware of the age restrictions for our haunted house. Tickets purchased for individuals who do not meet the specified age requirements will not be refunded.
Refusal of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason. This includes guests who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those who pose a threat to the safety and enjoyment of others.
Photography and Recording: No unauthorized photography or recording is allowed inside the haunted house. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal without a refund.
